Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Wishmaster, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, cancellation, or refund under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled directly via the Orders page in the Profile section of our website when confirmed.
- If the product is cancelled before dispatch/delivery, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, as per the company's discretion.
- Once the product is delivered to the customer, refunds will only be processed after inspection, and a percentage will be refunded as determined by the company.
2. Return Window
- Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for return/refund.
- Products can be returned directly via the Orders page in the Profile section of our website. We will arrange for the courier partner to pick up the product from the destination it was delivered.
- Company bears the return shipment cost.
- Customer will have to print the return label which should be given with the product which is being returned. The return label will be send to the email of the customer once the return pickup is confirmed.
3. Eligible Products
Returns are only accepted for electronic appliances sold on the Wishmaster website.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personal hygiene-related appliances (e.g., shavers, trimmers, etc.).
- Any items damaged due to customer misuse.
4. Condition of Returned Products
The product must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- With all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
- Returns will be inspected upon arrival.
- The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and its packaging. Wishmaster reserves the right to approve or reject any return at its sole discretion.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof must be provided for verification upon request.
- Upon approval, a replacement or refund may be offered, depending on the company's discretion.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
7. Bundle Offer Return Conditions
Wishmaster offers bundle promotions (e.g., Buy 2 Products, Get 1 Free) as conditional discounts linked to a qualifying purchase. The following conditions apply when returning items purchased as part of a bundle deal:
- Bundle offers are conditional promotions. Free gifts are provided only because the qualifying products were purchased.
- Free gifts are linked to qualifying products. The free item received is directly tied to the purchased items in the bundle.
- Returning qualifying products requires returning associated free gifts. If you return any or all qualifying products from a bundle, the free gift received as part of that bundle must also be returned.
- Refund eligibility may be affected. Refunds will only be processed in full if bundle return conditions are met — i.e., both the qualifying products and the free gift are returned together. Failure to return the free gift may result in a partial or rejected refund, at Wishmaster's sole discretion.
- All returned items (including free gifts) must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
📦 Important: If you receive a free gift as part of a bundle and wish to return qualifying products, please include the free gift item in your return package to remain eligible for the full refund.
Important Note
- Wishmaster reserves the right to change this policy at any time at its sole discretion.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with the latest version of this policy.
- It is important to note that the electrical specifications of each product are according to the guidelines published by the UAE authorities. Any damage caused by usage of the product outside of such specifications shall not be considered for any refund.
- Please be aware that Wishmaster complies with UAE laws and does not offer services or products to countries under OFAC sanctions.
